Dear Peter,

I want to express my deep gratitude to you and Joseph for getting visitors visas for NZ for my wife, daughter and me allowing us to visit our daughter who lives in Wellington, New Zealand.

It was an especially long way with a lot of obstacles to get my visa for I came from former Yugoslav area. At the beginning of the war I moved from Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia and that fact made the possibilities of providing all necessary documents more complicated and therefore it was more difficult to meet strict requirements of Immigration!

Due to your highly professional, skilled and intensive work, you and Joseph, having made tremendous efforts, have succeeded to put an end to this complicated and tiresome case although I myself sometimes had doubts of getting the visa. I couldn't certainly have accepted it easily having in mind the fact that my wife and daughter were given the visas. In those moments your and Joseph's constant optimism about positive outcome of the case, mails you sent and all other activities you carried out, were getting my hopes up that I would finally have the opportunity and privilege of visiting one of the most beautiful countries in the world.

I would like to propose addressing your respectful agency to all people from the former Yugoslav republics who want to come to New Zealand because, I would say, you and Joseph are an ideal team indeed to rise to such complicated challenges.
