Assessment:
Many agencies offer online assessments for clients who want to know the possibility of their applications being accepted by Immigration New Zealand. We feel this is unnecessary or wrought with risks! Firstly, because Immigration New Zealand [INZ] already offers such online assessments for free. Secondly, not everyone who passes the online assessment may be a successful or suitable applicant; and not all those who fail the online assessment would be unsuccessful in their immigration applications. Further even with a visa on hand, if one is not prepared for the New Zealand environment and comes with too high an expectation- there is major disappointment in store.
Therefore we feel contacting us by e-mail, in the first instance, followed by a phone or an on-site conversation is the best way forward. This gives us an opportunity to explain the various intricacies associated with migration and also discuss your expectations.
Development of a migration strategy:
There are many routes for migrating to New Zealand. Currently there are about 6 different residence permit categories, namely:
- Skilled Migrant Category
- Work to Residence Category
- Investor Category
- Entrepreneur Category
- Relocation of Business Category
- Family and Partnership Category
Also, there are several categories for temporary entry as precursor to obtaining a resident permit, namely:
- Work Visa and Permits
- Long Term Business Visa and Permits
- Student Visa and Permits or even
- Visitor Visa and Permits
Very popular from an Indian Migrant's perspective is a three-step strategy of first studying in New Zealand, subsequently obtaining a Graduate Job Search Work Permit and finally applying for a Residence Permit on the basis of having found skilled employment in New Zealand.
But there is also the option of applying for a Residence Permit while still living in India - and without having to organise a job in New Zealand prior to coming here. Most of these clients have an IT-Degree and work experience in IT with multi-national companies in India.
Another stream of Indian immigrants come to New Zealand on the basis of family reunion or marriage with New Zealand citizens and residents of Indian origin.
Important questions to ask are:
- How can we get a Residence Permit without a job?
- Which studies at New Zealand Universities or Polytechnics are useful for obtaining skilled employment in New Zealand?
- What jobs are suited to obtain residence permit?
- What are the health requirements for immigrating?
- How can a Student Permit lead to a Residence Permit?
- Do I need to pass an English language test?
It is our job to answer these questions and find you the most efficient strategy for your particulare case!
Assistance with all your applications and regular feedback:
Once you have agreed on the migration strategy we propose for your particulare case, we will develop a schedule about the steps ahead. The schedule varies from case to case, depending on the chosen strategy. However, all customers need predictability!
Therefore our schedule and statement will include:

Upon successful completion of the immigration process, we stand by our customers and continue to be available and accessible. We are also happy to connect our customers with other immigrants (mostly former customers) who are happy to help and assist if and where they can.
