Anyone based in New Zealand and providing immigration advice about this country must have a license (unless they are exempt). Licensing for both New Zealand and overseas based immigration advisers is compulsory since 4 May 2009 and 4 May 2010 respectively. In other words since May 2010 an Immigration Consultant based in India is prohibited from giving immigration advice or representing clients during their application process with New Zealand Immigration Authorities, including Immigration New Zealand in New Delhi.
Peter Hahn is a fully licensed Immigration Advisor since 19. February 2009 ( http://www.iaa.govt.nz/adviser-register/200800792.htm )

After one failed attempt of EOI -DIY we contacted Peter Hahn for some advice.  It became clear after the first chat, that we would ask him to help us through the maze of visa and residency applications.  It was the best decision we had made and are now proud owners of a permanent residence visa.  Although it may seem quite simple to fill out forms, collect certificates and have some medical tests done, we have found the help of Jozef and Peter invaluable.  It was very reassuring to know that by taking 'our case', they were confident that we had a chance of achieving our goal of staying in New Zealand.

Our relationship with both Jozef and Peter was at all times very professional and we are certain that without their experience, knowledge, reassurance and above all their sense of humour we would have given up trying!
